English as a Second Language (ESL)
About Our Program
The English as a Second Language (ESL) program is designed to help adult learners improve their English communication skills for everyday life, work, and continued education. The program focuses on developing listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Students are placed into ESL classes based on their CASAS assessment score, which measures English reading and listening skills to ensure appropriate instructional placement.
